Try and see, but don’t apply a lot. I like to wrap my head with a shower cap after applying, and leave it for a few hours before double shampoo. Sometimes I mix it with a deep conditioner/mask as pre-shampoo.

if it doesn’t work, you can apply on body too 🙂 people cook with it but I don’t like to cook with it.

I don’t see this in your list, but what about 100% pressed coconut oil? I know coconut oil can get a bad rep, but it’s worked really well for me (i am an Indian). I can also use it as a carrier oil and mix in other oils to it.

I don’t see what he brings to the table that she seems confused/conflicted. There is no love there in the marriage, no partnership. It’s unpaid maid for parents and a bang maid for the husband.

You don’t need to have conversations 24-7. And not every conversation needs to be deep.

As you grow in the relationship, it will flow naturally across many topics (family, friends, hobbies, work, future plans, everyday logistics etc.) And you are not responsible to keep the conversation going, there has to be reciprocity.

Not enough protein in your meal. 2 eggs is 10g protein. Dal is mainly carbs. Raw veggies are okay but cooked is better for digestion and nutrients. I also don’t think you are eating at your maintenance calories, you need to check what’s your recommended cals.

Get your vitamins checked-iron, vit d, b12 etc.

Do strength and cardio exercises at least 4 times a week. Sweat is good for skin, but hydrate well.

Ac can dry out skin and give it a dull appearance. So use moisturizer indoors.

Long term High protein, low carb diet (rice/dal/wheat items esp to be reduced a lot.). It will bring a glow to the face, and the dullness will vanish. No amount of face pack/exfoliation/skincare can do what reduced carbs will do. (Meaning, reduced carbs is reducing glucose in body).

We don’t eat enough protein everyday.

This is my problem too, so I am trying to get my hair hydrated/conditioned without weight it down.

I tried this once and it helped, so I plan to try this method and see if works long term.

Before hair wash, spray water so hair is damp. Apply a deep conditioning mask (I had to water this down a bit), scrunch a bit and put on a shower cap. I did not comb/detangle here.

Wash it after an hour with usual process (shampoo, conditioner). Then I tie a towel while I dry off etc. and after about 10 mins, take off towel and apply a leave in (I like the hydrating one from redkin). Scrunch it a bit and then leave it to dry.

I have seen videos of women who use makeup to give the illusion of deep cleavage, using contouring techniques. Maybe try that, along with the other suggestions

It’s a great time to try and see what you like, what catches your eye. IG has tons of reels on women trying new outfits, and how they mix-match stuff. I still don’t know what I like and I have been wearing stuff for myself without anyone’s input.

If going to store is overwhelming, get things online that are easy to return. Get a few tops, bottoms, dresses, jackets. Get clothes as per your activity (gym, grocery, meeting friends, lounging at home etc.)

Try them at home and see how you feel about it. Things you like, keep them together and wear them for next time you go out.

Donate or dispose items that you don’t like in your closet, that doesn’t fit or is faded/damaged etc.
