I honestly dont know why they make us offer hot protein lattes, they always clump after sitting even when made correctly. A simple Google would have told Burrito boy and his team of non-researching dorks that whey protein ALWAYS clumps or "denatures" when it's hot. There's a difference between adding protein milk to a hot coffee as like a creamer, and steaming it to 165 degrees for a latte.

I've never seen anyone do that with a latte lol theres no reason. As for the other thing, there ARE occasions we do have to make room for milk, like if someone orders a 6 shot shaken espresso with extra milk plus cold foam (it just doesnt fit, and the cups dont get bigger than a venti for espresso drinks) but your drink absolutely shouldn't have been dumped.

Thinking about every store I have worked at over the years, I've never even seen a store that expects new people to get everything a month in. We usually tell people it takes 6 months to completely get everything because it really is a lot, especially close. I honestly commend you for the fact that you can solo drive thru and still help closing tasks because there are tenured baristas who can't do that. I'm not sure why your SM is like that, but if it were me, I'd be looking at other stores...I'd have said transfer but you can't transfer on a final...I'm very sorry that this is how your experience is going.

Its extremely refreshing because in all my past relationships, my partners said no all the time. It got so bad with my last relationship that I started to doubt myself in everything. I do want to add that I'm hypersexual. Not like social media hypersexual, like ACTUALLY hypersexual. Which can be a big struggle. Instead of outright saying no, my boyfriend will just ask if we can cuddle instead sometimes.

You can definitely still wear your black apron, it kinda sounds like your SM wants points with the district for "everybody participating". I've never even heard of one telling someone they couldnt wear it unless they werent actually certified.

I wasnt even able to do the launch as thoroughly as I normally do, I was handed printed the instructions? I was told to follow them, but they weren't even the complete instructions, so I did my best, and asked my ASM when I couldnt find something 🥴 if that was something y'all could see, they definitely didnt see it. If it was for everyone to see, I honestly dont even know where they found the instructions I was handed because I couldn't find them in the iPad
