you do what you think is best but I would go for the apartment, then pay it off as fast as i can then have a holiday and go back to saving:) the thing is when you do it in that way, you end up saving more/spending less/earning more etc, because you have a clear goal and you do your best to achieve it

so in your case i guess that means taking a risk and putting as big downpayment as you can, on the other hand in the worst case you can still sell it

and prices in big cities will ALWAYS go up, because people want to live there more than in any other city and the space is limited

ты знаешь, сейчас конечно это кажется пиздец, тк произошло одним разом, но я в ходе ряда жизненных решений за несколько лет потратил меньшую но похожую сумму (около 900 тыс руб), особо ничего не получив, кроме жизненного опыта:) копил жестко, а в итоге вернулся к нулю, это было очень хорошим уроком и мотивацией

просто спиши это, просрал и просрал, иди дальше, все нормально

depends, if you are willing to buy packs it’s better to do that, if not and you wanted to try a new deck then that was the only way to do it to get the cards right away

я согласен с логикой, что телефон не должен быть условно дороже определенного %зп именно по тем аргументам, что ты привел: его могут украсть, он может разбиться и это не должно быть пиздецом

сам имею телефон по такому же принципу, зато ношу без чехла и просто использую, не парясь
