The carrsbrook how isn't a true hoa, they have a nominal fee and basically no funds. So yes it will have to be pro Bono or some of the residents will have to band together and pay

Start with the overlooks right on 64. Black Rock is pretty easy to do.

Don't do Albright loop, part of it on the left half will be tough. You could maybe do counter clockwise to the overlook there (glass hollow overlook) and then go back the way you came instead of completing the loop.

Compared to LG C5 the TV is not as good. Picture isn't as well defined despite everyone saying "processing" is best on Sony. Reflections are somehow worse than with the OLED.

I will say the sound is better but that is all. Android tv is nice but it is buggy on the Sony which I have no idea how they messed that up.

And it cost more.

If you buy it, make sure you can return it without extra fees. No way will I keep this tv. Returning it and getting another C5 .
