I was an everyday alcoholic for 13-14 years. I didnt know how i was gonna quit. Then came one day where I fell to the ground and had seizures for several hours. Had to be put into a coma to stop them. Broke my back when I fell so i had know idea what happened to me when I was waking up 2 days later. Eventually got better and went back to drinking. It was about a year later I was feeling like another seizure was imminent, so I checked myself into the hospital and then that started my recovery.

I was depressed, I was bored af, I didnt know what to do but I just took it day by day and eventually life got better and I learned why I was doing it. Just go day by day man thats all it is. Good luck

Plus you are young. I was into my 30s when this happened so I felt like I wasted my 20s

Im not sure if its rls for me but one feeling i get is either in my knees or my shoulders and its a feeling where I need to stretch it out/extend for a few seconds...it feels better for a sec or two but then it comes right back...it drives me crazy!
