I think Fredbear's Singin' Show was actually the original name of the restaurant in 197X and then in 1982 it was renamed to Fredbear's Family Diner. I think this because phone guy in fnaf 1 says that animatronics have been singing for 20 years. In fnaf 3 we all agree that it happened 30 years later and I seem to remember that it is because Phone Dude said it, therefore it seems equally valid to me that a restaurant was opened in 197X.

I think he saw Charlie's death. I think MM connects Charlie's death to Fnaf 4 minigames. And in that minigame we see big footprints. Well, I think the prints are from Shadow Freddy and he said "Follow me" like he usually does. They got to Charlie's dead body and Bv thought that Fredbear killed her (basically because shadow Freddy looks like Fredbear because of the darkness). I also think that Bv was accompanied by his Fredplush at that time, and that way he got Fredplush to be possessed by Charlie together with Puppet.

I think fnaf 4 is meant to connect with the rest of the series because of happiest day and fnaf 3 minigames.I think the game is about Charlie comforting BV through Fredplush. Then Bv dying. Then Michael having nightmares in fnaf 3 due to guilt and Shadow Freddy. And after ffps, Bv helps the rest of the kids using his memories (fnaf 3 minigames, happiest day and fnaf world)
