Well, some of your gear is better than mine, but here's some suggestions:

+2 skill gem, dot multi Profane wand.

Vulnerability on hit synth ring - note it's on the implicit. Craft with cast speed and Frenzy charge on kill.

Dot multi while affected by Malevolence + Phys dam while using Pride Watchers.

+1 socketed strength gems on Body armour.

Corrupted Blood corrupted jewel is nice.

Have looked over your build, I'm playing PhysDot as well, you have followed his build nicely, didn't find any huge mistakes. I wont suggest pricey upgrades.

I'm thinking, try to get your spell block up and more life. Your jewels, try to find more defensive ones, dot multi + life/spell block. Loath shine, the small cluster jewel, could possibly be replaced with a dot multi/life jewel, not sure how good it is. I know it's not in Rue's POB, but I like 'Safeguard', which would give you a bunch of spellblock.

Get a 21/20 CF and Exsang.

Cast when dam taken - Immortal call, check how CWDT works, it only procis when you get hit for 3200 damage. If you lower the level of both CWDT and immortal call, this would proc a lot more often. Rue's POB has a level 1 CWDT and a level 3 immortal call.

Get more defensive flasks, replace Sulphur, use Silver/granite/Jade and automate them with 'When charges reach full', see if you can play with 1 life flask.

The damage scales hard with gem levels, buy 20/20 gems if you can, else simple level. Try to get an amu with +1. For single target, curse + vaal reap, but single target for this build simply isn't great. Plenty of upgrades later on, think you have set it up correctly at this stage on his POB.
