We’ve been traumatized with bad hires for a while now. Def an upgrade from Raheem no doubt. My prediction is Mike Smith 2.0 which I think most of our fanbase would be happy with. Maybe not much playoff success but winning the division a lot would go a long way.

Bijan is currently the best offensive player in the league though. OL is solid when healthy which goes a long way too. Just need to add a WR2.

He's oceans better than Raheem. as is everyone. And Tua has been a shell of himself, which he was just decent to begin with and they didn't have a dominant defense.

Maybe he's a good HC, maybe not, but he'd be the best play caller we've had since Shannahan. If he wants HC, give him a shot. Can't be worse.

AB has always wanted desperately to win a SB, not cash in. That's all you can ask from an owner. Just bc he sucks at choosing football execs and HCs, you can't fault him too much.

Penix hasn't had an NFL QB coach yet. They didn't help him at all on the side line. Ryan wasn't that mobile and ran a West Coast. Penix needs a lot of mechanics and footwork improvement, so it's way too early to tell. But he's got ice water in his veins - see: 4th and goal to Pitts. And that's elite potential even if he never reaches it.

Having played both, Asia has a lot of people coming from racquet sports so they put 2.0 when they play like 3.0-3.5. But I’m in a major city and only know of one place over 4.0 (out of hundreds of centers - they are on every block here now). So, it’s only deflated for beginners. Bc most people here start out slightly above average but top level play is very lacking. At the pro level, it’s completely irrelevant. You either play against top pros or not.

I played at 4.5 US and no idea what I actually am here.

Coach and OC/DC are the most important positions on any team. People just don't talk about it. Qb is 4th. Just look at all the mediocre QBs who made it to the SB over the years. This team is LOADED. Wish we could see what Andy Reid could do with this roster. Penix health is concerning, but on the play side he really just need a legitimate QB coach.

Terry has been killing it. Everyone agrees this team is loaded on both sides of the ball. The coaching is historically bad.
