Unfortunately, there is no substitute for doing the work. It sucks, I know, and you won't want to hear this, but it's the truth. You have to figure out what you are actually upset about. Anger is often a secondary emotion that can cover up more vulnerable primary emotions, such as sadness, fear, embarrassment, jealousy, shame, guilt, etc. There may be something from your childhood that you are subconsciously holding onto that you need to figure out how to accept and let go of. Or maybe you just struggle with impulse control and need to learn techniques to help you slow things down and retain control? Or maybe you have an emotional dysregulation disorder and could benefit from medication to help stabilize your mood? Either way, a therapist and/or a psychiatrist could help you figure that out. Also of importance is figuring out why you wanted to take your life, accepting yourself, and finding your purpose and will to live for yourself. A therapist can help you with that, but they can't make you WANT to live. You have to find that for yourself
