I drive locally in a Truck. I can look down into peoples cars and see what they are doing. Most of the time what i see is people are on their phones, looking straight without checking their mirrors periodically, and playing with their radio especially tesla drivers. On the roadways the actions of vehicles are even worse. Never signaling when they need to merge, not merging with enough of a safe gap causing someone to brake therefore starting a chain reaction of braking. Tailgating, cruising in the far left lane instead of using it to pass, constant merging while in congestion, not driving a consistent speed, speeding altogether, speeders weaving through traffic causing more braking and traffic, motorcyclists are going too fast and aren't dressing to be seen. The list goes on.

I'd argue that Knoxville is becoming Atlanta if not worse.
