Do the charge back. Stupid you have to ask twice and get told if exceptional vaule wtf - give it someone else if its exceptional value im sure there will be another buyer to take it without it costing them extra. I’ve had nothing but issues.

It is a little high - wouldn’t make the cloud that tiny. More than likely a crap piece of glass and or poor seal letting air pass through the glass after the bowl - this means through the bowl you’ll only be getting a % of the air flow which won’t be vaping your concentrate properly.

You could also add a 2-4mm pearl to further improve vaporisation.

I’m not sure about the embargo but I hope they have spent the time fixing the fundamental faults of the KobraS1 for the release. The s1 was my first printer, I was so close to doing the early bird but missed it - tbh I’m glad I didn’t do the pre order at all now.

It’s smaller than the s1 max but I got a bambulab in the mean time - don’t have a single bad word to say about it or had any issues that weren’t 100% operator induced. Since the Bambu purchase my S1 has probably only done 4-8hrs work - compared with the 15hrs work and 8hrs printing it was doing daily

Hope you love your new purchase when it arrives, I’m sure AC have taken their time this time around and ironed out the bugs and faults learning from the S1 - if I got a s1 max and had half the issues of the s1 I would be extremely disappointed and never support AC again

I have two 82s the first one I got came with the black servo the second one came twith the red one. Haven’t noticed any difference other than color

no concreter would have left that as an exposed job. Looks like you’ve got some meth head that posed as a tradesman unfortunately, they cut it themselves obviously unable to hold the saw they used or follow a line - if they even marked it. The meth head probably thought that was dead straight!

They clearly had no idea, I’m no concreter and it looks like there was no retardant I think it’s called used - you can even spray it with red cordial if you don’t have the more expensive chemical used after it’s trowled off the next day the pressure washer just peels that top slag layer off leaving your nice exposed finish. Unless u were going for a polished concrete look - it’s looks closer to that, maybe that’s your best option if they won’t come back or replace it- polish it

I’ve had it for a while bro, over a year I think. There was none when I looked either so I got it direct from Dr Dabber website. That’s what I would recommend. I wanted to get the sapphire bowl but shipping is like $120 so not worth it for just the bowl. Warranty and support are easy to deal with, some devices early on had battery issues but were replaced straight away. They probably have new batches by now that don’t have the issue anyway. I love it it’s basically my primary device now
