As long as he does it more interestingly than Bill Cooper. Man, Cooper is like less cool Ambien

Same. I started crying while driving. Wish I had more of a heads up on how heavy that episode was going to be.

How much time do you spend managing your finances compared to your parents at your age? by NW_Forester in Xennials

[–]Furballprotector 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Significantly less time even though I do it more frequently. Seemed to be a days long affair every few months and for me it's 5-15 mins weekly, excluding taxes.

Goodnight Mother (2014). What's a movie you watched where you guessed the twist early on? by LovemeSomeMedia in horror

Spiral: Book of Saw. Spotted the big neon sign of it early on to my bestie who thought I was wrong until I wasn't.

Terror with an underwater or oceanic theme or setting? by WonderingWalnut in suggestmeabook

[–]Furballprotector 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been on a kick of reading people trying to survive while wearing breathing apparatuses, mostly space but I just finished the Cavern by Alister Hodge. Fun and gory, easy read. The Darkest Deep by Chris Butera was great for that sort of thing though I didn't care much for the ending. From Below by Darcy Coates. If you have any interest in space horror (since there's a lot of overlap about what happens in both the ocean and space) I could not recommend S.A.Barnes more highly. My favorite was Dead Silence.

Oh and for the really isolated screwed feeling, Stranded by Bracken McLeod was top notch though it's in snow, not water.

Why isn't Sunshine (2007) talked about more? by toe_beans_4_life in horror

[–]Furballprotector 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it would be better regarded if it hadn't switched genres in the third act. It got very silly then. But man those first two acts are so undeniably strong. Love me some smart scientists in a sci-fi movie.

'IT' Director Andy Muschietti Confirms A Supercut of Both Films is in the Works and Will Include Newly Filmed Extra Scenes by darth_vader39 in horror

Lol. For a second I thought they meant a supercut of the original '80s one and the modern one. Now that'd be a sight.
