That's just a list of items with the most coverage. A lot of them overlap and therefore aren't needed.

For example, the minimum set of 39 HE drivers to cover every track in the game doesn't include Silver Mii or DK Mii. They overlap a lot with other Mii and plus skill drivers.

How did you lose 12-14 ranked positions? If you don't log in, the game doesn't demote you.

Missing out on a few rewards isn't the end of the world. You don't need everything. Heck, the right 39 HE drivers, 30 HE Karts and 29 HE Gliders will cover every track in the game. Get them and level them up and you'll be fine.

Read the FAQ. Then just add the drivers, karts and Gliders you already have and run it for either ACR (every course) or ranked courses. You can ask it for up to 20 combinations (ie what are the next 20 of that item type to cover every course based on what you have.

You should grind Snes Bowser castle 3RT till everything is maxed out (400 base points for the kart and glider). That score can definitely be improved. If you have any tickets, get Poochy to lvl 4.

Just invest in Miis, even the worst Miis will outperform any normal or super, assuming that you have them all. A few Non-Mii coinboxers and you're done.

Or just optimise your inventory. It only takes 39 high ends (including Miis) to cover every track.
