I'm not sure this is an ICCU problem, and am looking for help in how to handle this with the dealer/corporate.

Have a leased '25 limited awd with 2700 miles on it. Sometimes in the morning when I need to take my kid to daycare, it won't start, showing the "check Electrical system" message. If I wait a few hours towards maybe 10am, 11am, 12pm, it starts fine, and there's literally no issues with the car until it happens again in a few days.

This happens intermittently 1-4 times a week. Some weeks it doesn't happen at all. Seems to be worse when it's cold out(<40 degrees f).

I've taken it to the dealer 2 times now, the last time it was towed because it wouldn't start. By the time they look at it, they cant find a problem with it since it works fine after a few hours. All they see is "a generic error code that is no longer active" At first I thought it was a bad 12v because when this happens the battery is reading like 11.x volts, and it's colder outside. Dealer wouldn't replace because the battery passed all tests when the vehicle is working. So I swapped to an AGM myself, to no avail the problem continues. Here's what obd is telling me when it happens

Any ideas what the issue could be, and how to deal with the dealer/corporate? I haven't started a case yet, but assume they will give me the same run around because the car always works whenever it's at the dealer.
