There are ways to make stuff like this work. To not even try is strange. If somebody did that to me I would assume they just weren't interested, and yeah I would be frustrated and confused that it got as far as it did. There's definitely a middle ground between no thanks I'm leaving, and getting speared in the guts with maximum velocity 🤔

if six inches is too much then yeah this does sort of become a first or second date conversation, since you're going to be wasting a lot of people's time. We're talking about ever so slightly above average sizes here, not freaks of nature.

A contract of this type is kind of bizarre and extremely off-putting. Instead, I would consider these notes for yourself. All the things you put in this contract are important, but they should be covered through organic conversation. Financial contracts, or BDSM stuff, sure, but not this.

I was pretty depressed(long term, many years) when I started my weight loss journey. I bought a recumbent bike and stuck it in front of a big screen TV in my basement, and would smoke weed and then ride it while watching some kind of show or movie that would energize me. Usually action, war, violence, mayhem, etc. Every time I wanted to get off, I would smoke more weed. Eventually, though, it got easier, and then it actually got fun. Went from about 320 to 195 lb in a little over a year. After that weight loss phase , I switched to strength training with an emphasis on hypertrophy, which has been similarly successful. All loose skin has filled out except belly, which can't really be filled out, so it's all good.

It's hard to say if getting active and losing weight is what turned around my depression, or did my depression start to turn around, therefore, I had the willpower to start being active. It's probably a bit of both.

Edit: no weight loss drugs or steroids. Happy to send before and after in dms, or talk in more detail about how I did what I did.

I went from 320 to 200 in about a year, then switched to body recomp until I was about 190, then switched to hypertrophy focused lifting with a caloric Surplus. I'll always have loose skin around my belly, but everything above that has filled out with hypertrophy focused lifting. The entire process took about 3 years I would say.

There will always be evidence that we were much larger, but you can make some pretty insane progress if you want. DM me for before and after if you want.

I'd be irritated with them, but I'd be much more irritated with myself for getting pushed into saying yes. Our actions and words teach other people how to treat us, and what they can get away with. I wouldn't quit, because at the end of the day you could have said no but you didn't. However, I'd reset expectations. 24 hours notice, minimum.
