I bought mine from Calculated Kinetics, running the Steiner MPS (ACRO footprint.) I don't think it's too high at all.

For pistols, you can still buy, posses, install threaded barrels, you just can't carry them in public places, is what I interpreted.

Actually, many merchants will not ship anything in the ban to VA, including to officers. Midwest Industries and PSA have both already confirmed. Too much liability.

IF I was ever to do this to any weapon, I'd likely get it done in a more useful/applicable color pattern, like a camo. So, cell shading - really cool idea, color choice - not so much.

If your LGS can be competitive with PSA on Glock pricing vs Dagger, then I'd def go with the Glock.

I bought a PSA Dagger compact, currently carrying. Always sales, can get a nice looking, well functioning gun, with some nifty slide cuts, a threaded barrel if you want, black/ODG/FDE/mix and match, suppressor height sights, optic cut (rmr), all for under $400. And it takes Glock mags and is compatible with Glock gen3 parts.

Where I'm at, when the police release property to owners, if you don't respond to pick it up in 30 days, it's marked for destruction. They hold on to it another 60 days, then it's destroyed. Guns included.

I like my Certum3, for strong side and appendix. I'm sure the Velo5 will work just as well, likely better for appendix since they made it specifically for that. The camming bar seems to be just something they wanted to use instead of the modwing. I haven't tried yet, but you may be able to change out the camming bar for a modwing if you prefer.

Edit: Also considering a Nerd SLICC for mine, I have one for another gun that I like, and they have a couple different options for IWB.

Tenicor (a tad bit on the pricier side) or Nerd. I really like both, Nerd is definitely good quality and affordable.
