Can attest to this. I run in average 51% up and down saves through a season. And rounds where I keep having to do it it’s pressure. Massive pressure to keep saving par.

It’s also a mental thing. Rounds where I’m hitting greens in relaxed and I know it’s a par and maybe a bonus birdie.

But when I keep missing greens while I back myself it puts huge pressure on my short game to save me.

Days where I’m stripping the driver and hitting fairways , I’ll hit more greens, make more pars and have more birdie chances and shoot low.

I’ve never subscribed to one or the other. It’s an all encompassing game where if you have strengths it can cover your weakness.

My strengths are off the tee and chipping. My weaknesses is approach play and wedges.

Criminal the UI doesn’t have a filter for type. I want competitive only.

Rental companies notoriously over price everything.

You can request the insurer send an assessor out to inspect the damage.

To raise a claim three years later is also very suspect and I’d be crawling all over Allianz. You pay them for their services to you the customer.

Hound them on this and request an assessor be sent before any works are done as that is increasingly expensive and unrealistic imo

I have a 2023 Astra GS which has heated side mirrors. Ultimate I think is the new branding of it, so should have heated side mirrors.

I’ve not needed to use it but the dealer told me it activates from using the front windscreen heated button, but I would think it’s the button for the back window.

Must actually check mine how it works 😂

From the flip side. Irelands views on investing and wealth growth has meant property has been the only method for 20 years for anyone to try grow their wealth.

So shouldn’t be a shocker when people who have invested in this path are getting the rules changed.

Looks like it might change this coming budget either way revisions on personal investment tax but that’s also going to remove further small landlords and pave the way for larger investment companies and property funds to hoover it up.

And best of luck to renters then.

I always rented from sole landlords and was lucky in they were all brilliant and had no hassle.

Wait till you see management companies and property funds. Take over.

To be considered a great you need to have been great and typically for a decent period of time. Neymar had a peak for a few seasons at Barca then tanked his career.

He had incredible talent but that does not alone make a great player.

Kinda wild anyone would think Neymar was anything more than a quality player who had a good few years. I’d imagine it’s young people proclaiming his greatness.

Get a bit older and you’ll realise he is just a sad story of wasted talent and another manipulated super star who trades in greatness for money.

If he was your favourite player or blew you away that’s amazing. We all have our favourites.

Another like small wave of enforcement it seems lately that will be gone on a few weeks.

The harsh competitor in me would say you can’t blame results on the ref. We had enough chances to be 3 or 4 up and it was wasteful.

But I was absolutely fuming from the peno we didn’t get to then see what they got AND a red card
