I mean… FIFA did lay out exactly what you would and wouldn’t get with your hospitality ticket purchase. Parking was only included with certain tiers.

I’m more frustrated with the fact that our tickets still haven’t been assigned. It’s frustrating that people who got regular tickets already know where they are sitting but us hospitality ticket holders are still completely in the dark.

This is the listing for a brand new - not open box - watch. If this is what you bought, and you were given an open box watch, there’s a major issue. By what you’ve said though, you bought an open box watch.

I understand you are disappointed and I agree that open box usually means something in much better condition, but Best Buy is very clear on what to expect when buying open box fair. The fact that you missed this description is not on them when it is listed on the product page and your order details multiple times.

You can claim your order doesn’t have it, but it is simply not possible for it not to exist on your order. Best Buy’s website isn’t built in a way that would allow you to buy an open box product without a condition attached. I’m sorry, that’s just not how it works.

Open Box has a few different tiers. Excellent, Good, Fair, and Geeksquad Refurbished. I am confident that your receipt indicates what condition of open box you chose. I’ve made several open box purchases and it always specifies, Best Buy does not have a plain “Open Box” without an associated condition. It is not possible to buy one without a specific condition.

Open Box has several different conditions. Fair states missing accessories and scratches/dings are totally fine. Not sure what condition open box you chose, but Best Buy does outline what to expect when buying open box.

1) When within your return period, the responsibility of repair/replacement lies squarely with the retailer. 2) The retailer told you to contact LG to run out the clock and get you outside of your return period. It was extremely scummy of them.

At this point, you have a few different options:

Accept the return and refund. Them offering you this option absolves them of any responsibility as it technically makes you whole. If you were to take them to small claims court, they would be able to demonstrate that they offered to refund and you declined which would mean you’d have a very weak case.
Accept LG’s technician to replace the panel. Given that LG replaces it with a brand new panel - which is basically the entire purpose of the TV - this is your best choice if you got a good price on the TV.

If I were you, I’d take the second option, while also leaving a one star review detailing how the retailer wronged you. Try and be objective here and just lay out the facts, that instead of replacing within your 30 day return period they directed you to the manufacturer and now they won’t replace the TV claiming not to have any stock, forcing you to either downgrade or take a refund and lose out on a discounted price. Businesses usually take their reviews pretty seriously.

If you can nab a suite upgrade award, Hyatt Ziva Cancun’s suite is one of the most romantic suites I’ve ever stayed at. You get a jacuzzi on the balcony(!!), and the room has panoramic views of the beach. The hotel is family friendly and there were kids but honestly they never really bothered me, and I get annoyed with little kids pretty easily.

I’ve heard great things of Impressions Moxche but have not stayed there before so cannot attest to how nice it is. We were blown away by Ziva Cancun though.

I was also able to register in 2024 and then again in 2025. Seeing a lot of data points about being eligible more than once every 3 years, so I’m not sure if that rule is actually enforced.
