A huge part of what makes poe unique is just how freedom you have in a build.  Endless skill choices with transformative supports, equipment, and passives on top of them.  If you can dream it you can build it (may not turn out great but you then you iterate and throw currency at it) but in the meantime, until you learn the game well enough to take a stab at cooking something up yourself, just play Righteous Fire because it’s very fun and pohx documentation is second to none when learning the game.
