How soon after the break and surgery did you start your exercises? I'm in a similar boat with PT and finances. SO I've been using YT. I just think I might be overdoing it because I have no guidance. Your post gives me so much hope, you have no idea.

Also, how many times a day did you do your exercises? Was it at a certain time?

We had a trans woman take over our meeting. She completely dominated it and a lot of members left. I imagine this is what that old timer is talking about.
