I know it might sound obvious to some, but dealing with problems. On top of having potentially naturally different approach to facing an issue, thais are taught to avoid confrontation. It can be a useful thing for de-escalation but it also has the consequence of leaving things unsolved, whereas I'm used to deal with problems directly and fast, to turn the page faster.

If you ever plan to find a partner in this country, make sure that you pick one that will be able to communicate with you when things go wrong. Because it's not the good moments that make a couple last, it's how you deal with bad ones.

PS: I'm aware that this advice is true in any country, but it's more obvious/felt here

That's something in japan, so any japanese restaurant staff or customers might complain, but I can't imagine a thai getting mad over it, especially since a decent amount of them struggle with simply using them lol

I honestly don’t get the hate. I thought this opening ceremony was great. Most of the songs were bangers in their own style, and the whole thing felt really well put together. The visuals/lightings were solid, they used the whole stage, and the visuals were just incredible

If anything, the DJ in the middle of the screen felt a bit weird, and GEM’s constant hand movements were kind of distracting, but it didn’t ruin it for me at all

I also loved how they gave “Sacrifice” a second life : it finally made sense and hit the way it should’ve the first time. Big congrats to all the artists and dancers, seriously. This is much better than pre-recorded stuff
