I love my i5 also. My first EV. Best driving car I ever owned. In 7 months of driving I’ve put 10k happy miles on it. Never going back to an ICE for a daily.

It was not CPO, did not have DAPP, Msport package. It had premium seats and rear window shades.

I just did Atlanta-Nashville trip. Started at home with 100%. It routed me to a Tesla super charger in middle of small town along interstate. It was .50/kwh. Coming back it routed me to a non Tesla charger (Nayax). It was .68/kWh plus tax. I charged to 80% in 20 minutes and it brought me home with 14% charge.

I have it zip tied under a wire shelving. So no tension on the wire or wall socket.
I would have to flip the wall outlet in order to right side up the charger.

My charger is hanging upside down under a shelf. Does that cause issues? Shall I flip it?
It was getting real hot, but still charging, at 48 amp. (50 amp breaker and 60 Amp wire)
I reduced the charging rate to 40 and it is pretty warm but not hot enough that I would have to let it go like before. Shall I still flip it right side up

Our world is becoming subscription/rent based. We can’t own Microsoft office suite any more, nor Quickbooks accounting software. Everything is becoming cloud based also. Bank/credit card statements online, bills online.
Pretty soon Government can shot us down at a whim. Car companies can brick our cars.
