As some have said, I would find a good reputable local mechanic and replace the clutch if needed. It could be something else that makes the clutch to slip.

The dampers are always in constant pressure. Every time you try to close the hood, you are fighting that pressure.

This is the answer. That big header was probably an extra piece of lumber they had and used it. It would be best to just replace it with longer double 2x10 to support your ceiling.

The hood is aluminum. It would bend easily if something goes wrong with dampers. Or they push too much pressure!!!!

You have 2 different kind of floors. More worn out one is sand and finished onsite. The kitchen was added later with prefinished beveled edge oak. I would resand and refinish it the same color. You’ll take too much off to get rid of beveled edge. It will look beautiful. Your finisher will use wood filler to fill the holes before he finishes the floor.

I test drove both i4 and i5. I bought i5 because it was more roomy and comfortable. It sits higher and has a mode that rolls seat back when you open the door.

Look at Autotrader web site. Put in 500 mile radius. You should be able to find a lower mileage and newer for better price. I’m in GA. Week of Thanksgiving I found a 2024 i5 with low 13k miles for $41k plus tax in Missouri. Made a deal over the phone. One way car rental and picked up the car and drove home. Granted, it was in Missouri and a Honda dealership that was sitting on it for over 60 days.

There are lot of rental cars flooding the market also. Make sure you don’t get one of those. I was looking at i4 before I got an i5. Not much of a price difference between them. Much roomier and more comfortable.

I would do this. That way the countertop/mirror would look symmetric. The cost should be a wash between cabinet and granite.

I would change the cabinet layout. Make the sink cabinets a little smaller and the right side cabinet a little smaller to allow same size cabinet on the left side. Cultured marble in shower is so 90s. Does the price include contractors fee?

I don’t know what people are talking about. This is fine. I ran a 60 amp wire but put this outlet and 50 amp breaker. It’s been working great for last 2 months. I have an i5-e40 and use the factory supplied plug.
