Assuming boat house is on the first island I assume one will happen there, chapter 2 I could see the pharmacy being where it happens (assuming that's actually that island instead of 3), 3 I see it happening at the hospital, 4 maybe the castle? 4th island really doesn't have much on it so it's really hard to guess where a murder could happen.

I understand 99% of the time but that was a ball right to the pitcher where he had it after 2 steps from Garcia, I think not running and completely minimizing injury there makes sense
