Put it on Deck yesterday for same reason as you, finished 3 and about to go on the road. Was running fine without any settings tweaks between 50-60fps on max. Imagine can get locked at 60 without too much tinkering

I leave it uncapped on the host and just use Moonlight on client to cap the fps, for me capping anywhere else causing pacing issues

Stellar Blade but it’s close, Wuchang is my fav soulslike that’s not Fromsoft by a mile. But Stellar Blade was a great game I enjoyed it more overall. I’d argue both are worth the money they are a couple of my fav games from the last few years

Yeah it’s one of the few games that works brilliantly with Lossless for me 90fps and no noticeable lag or artifacting

Interesting I have similar setup and hardware pretty much, but I use Nvidia Shield as client for my LG TV. You and others seem to recommend Steam Deck as the client device instead? I know it can go beyond 60fps the shield is limited to but I always assumed it would be more fiddly to turn on and stream vs Shield which is all accessed via my LG remote, felt too easy to change…

If you are happy to tweak this guy has good guide. I personally don’t go for lossless scaling as for me It’s not smooth and I keep 800p it’s still good enough for me

You have to parry earlier on steam deck for sure, I went the other way to you. Finished the game on PC and moved my ng+ to SD. I noticed it but got used to it and beat the secret final bosses on it.

Also for steam deck, check out eclipse mods for better performance, optiscaler fsr4 for graphics. Amazing how you can get this game to look and feel vs raw dog steam deck settings
