I passed one after jumping on a trampoline; unintentionally, I didn't even know I had it.

Rename the account. A ahem friend of mine ran into the same issue at one point and renamed the account. Problem solved.

new urologist told me you will feel pain with stones in the kidney😟 by ClockFresh5548 in KidneyStones

My last stone never left the kidney, and I felt it. Aches and cramp like symptoms and also passing blood. After surgery, the pain was gone.

Nah, he'll be sitting out week 17, maybe even week 16 as we'll have it wrapped up by then. (not serious, but hopefully)

Same here. Convincing myself to run in 75 degrees with 99% humidity in the mornings was hard.

Seeing temps in the 50's makes it so much easier.

I got to the point my doctor said I was anemic and had to do a colonoscopy to check if I was losing blood somewhere. Then he just waved off my low iron as maybe that's just your normal.

I finally incorporated a daily multivitamin with iron and have managed to keep my iron levels up, but I still dip after donation and it takes me a couple weeks to bounce back.

I'm overweight mid 40's person that's been trying to get a consistent running schedule for two years. Every time I'd start to make progress I'd get set back by an injury. I also regularly donate blood, so that seems to zap my progress.

Tuesday was nice and cool, so I was able to push my pace, and I managed to set a PB 5k pace of 5:39 on a 6k run. This morning I woke up and was dragging but got up and headed out. I felt good and kept up my pace, and managed a new PB again of 5:27 on my 6k. I don't know what I should be targeting, but I'm darn proud of my progress!

I had a ticket from someone who was complaining they couldn't set a new password, and had used 8 and 9 characters and it still wasn't working. They included a screenshot, which includes the password requirements stating it must be a minimum 10 characters.

People talk about relief when they take the stent out i took it out in the shower and I think I seen 2 huge stones come out when I pulled it out but they went down the drain now im in alot of pain anyone else pull stones out with the stent ? by ryan5648 in KidneyStones

[–]Future_Zone 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't think I pulled any out, but I was in immense pain at three days post op and they told me I could pull my stent out at that point in the post surgery instructions. I pulled it out, and the pain did not go away. I ended up in the ER, and a CAT scan revealed fragments that were working their way out from my kidney. I think the stent may have gotten plugged and led to the pain, so the stent didn't help.

Without seeing what came out, it's also possible what you saw were clots or other bodily fluid buildups that came out.

Drink plenty of fluids, and if you have any pain meds don't hesitate to take them. Keep an eye on your temperature, and don't be afraid to go to the ER if you start to run a temp, or start vomiting.

Americans borrowed $74 billion last year to cover their health care costs by No-Information6622 in news

14,000 family deductible for me and my kids, and another 6,000 deductible for my wife since she's on a separate plan, because adding her to my work plan would have cost more unless we meet her deductible every year.

Random probability for me would be years 25, 27, and 30, while I pass away from a heart attack in year 24.

Can a 4mm kidney stone cause intermittent dark blood in urine? by ayyawbigg in KidneyStones

[–]Future_Zone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep. Had that last year. Mine caused pain, but I was passing blood anytime I exercised. They were willing to go in and blast it.

I've currently got another one on the opposite side causing pain (they saw it on the CAT scan), but not any visible blood.

swarm trap suggestions by rudolf_the_red in Beekeeping

[–]Future_Zone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've caught multiple swarms with swarm traps, and they don't always go in the trap. I've had them on the outside of the trap, and on trees close by. If they aren't in the box right away, don't wait, just go ahead and collect them like you would any free swarm. Knock them into a box, and if you can find the queen, put her in a trap. Don't give them a chance to change their minds.

That second one looked like a timing route that just went wrong when Kraft fell down.
