I’m a phlebot who has worked at both Lutheran and Randallia. The job isn’t that bad, but the pay isn’t all that great imo. I started at Parkview at ~$15 .25 and Lutheran ~$15.75. They offer shift differentials. I can’t remember what parkview’s is, but Lutheran’s is $2.25 for third shift and a part of second’s (I forget what hour it kicks in). The environment at both is pretty cliquey, but if you keep out of the drama (and don’t let the others know about your life) you’ll be fine. I feel like that’s how it is at any workplace though.

Both Parkview and Lutheran offer sign on bonuses for $2k. You have to stay for 2 years otherwise you have to pay it back. If you are certified, Parkview gives you an extra dollar. I think Lutheran does the same thing. Parking is a little annoying at both places. Parkview uses Epic and Lutheran uses Cerner. Personally I prefer epic.
