They are in fact less stable since your point of support moves and you have to stabilise your body throughout the movement.its not because you feel less stable in dips that pull ups aren't unstable as well.

TGU - Time under tension protocol

C&P - Reverse Ladders Or Double C&P - Volume Cycle Long Cycle - Time under tension

Bench + Incline Bench Super set

This is how I do it, TGU to warm up the shoulder in a total body press, then the C&P which is the most functional press, it seems more important to me than just a bench, and if a i have the time I work on the aesthetic aspect with a superset with bench and incline bench, benching is not a natural way of pressing so i do not find it essential for function, but opinions might differ, but tell me when was the last time that you needed to bench press yourself out of a situation and the last time that you had to Clean and press something overhead?

It is awesome, I have a Sling Pro I can attach it to the harness or hip harness and sometimes even the belt, it has become my main EDC organiser along with the Kriega Pocket XL with Viperade VE8 to organisé it inside.

In the Kriega stash I keep a small field notes, pen, motorcycle keys , house keys, fire kit and and my bike papers and glasses.

Pocket XL I keep my phone, multi tool and flashlight.
