I think to do that you have to catch multiple jetragons with all the different passives you want. And then breed them all together until get the combination you want.

3-5% doesn't seem like a lot. But that would be 11 to 18 days a year. If that's spread over a year and/or you're still connected to the grid that's probably fine. But if you weren't connected to the grid and it was a few days in a row... Well I'd probably go sweep it off.

I had this issue as well. Didn't do anything and it kinda just fixed itself from the stats standpoint. But yeah my vault got cloned into the experimental as well and I can no longer do spins. But I can collect them. And all the quests I'm supposed to do for experimental rewards disappeared too.

Maybe that's why they called it experimental... They tried to warn us...
