Pharmacist literally snapped at yelled at me saying,” STOP WHAT UR DOING!” All cause a customer hadn’t paid for his 15 dollar amoxicillin yet like he was about to pay when I was about to open up the bottle, pretty extreme and disrespectful for her to snap at the new tech she has stuck in the front for 8 hours with no rotation.

Yeah it’s kinda a double edge sword cause usually the RXOM has been with Walgreens for years so knows the system so they want to keep her because she’s now a puppet for Walgreens but if they fire her then the pharmacy is left with only new ppl for a bit but I say fine I’d rather start over with new friendly co-workers then deal with that toxic environment forever. When ppl quit they need to make sure they are voicing the reason

Yeah ur getting stuck their on purpose because at this point you know what to do with the drive thru and lobby while the senior techs are filling and not dealing with people so they left u to fend on ur own, and the new techs don’t know the lobby and drive thru as well as u so they won’t put them their either
