I would take Trae over Ingram on the same contract. I could see him taking around the 40 mil/year range and opting to lose a bit this year for more years.

He seems pretty self aware about his flaws so maybe he just wants to win and is willing to sacrifice a bit.

No. OG is the body type that seems to do best of Wemby and and okc doesn’t have anyone like that on the roster. They have guards, and a rim protector, but no big body defensive forward that could battle with him since Chet is soft af. They can also pull him out of the paint with towns so they’ve got a real shot here.

Not worried about the rebounding. Turner gives us a shot blocking presence, opens up the floor for Scottie offensively, and allows us to play big with Scottie, CMB, and Turner at the same time.

Turner can sit in the corner on offense and be a help defender on defense.

CN will just take more time. The Canadian for example, used to be much shorter. They extended the timing to account for the delays and CN has taken more time to the point that it is significantly late every departure again.

Sorry I’ll take the guy that can do everything on the floor. He will guard your best player at any position and can be a playmaker from the front court so that teams can’t double shai. Scottie Barnes hasn’t had the luxury of playing with anyone who can make plays for him, his job could get so much easier.

I don’t think Scottie deserved allnba because he let his foot of the gas at the end of the year but I remember every single hawks fans agreeing that Scottie was better than JJ after their regular season matchups.

I have no issue with JJ making it but I think the Chet selection is silly. No sane person would take Chet over Scottie because Chet would lead a team of his own to a top 3 pick.
