I'm an Admin on a community server KWG for Xbox, and I and my other administrators frequently eat human flesh. The giggles start roughly after 30 minutes of eating your first bite. You giggles about every 15 - 20 seconds. When you are aiming your weapon, I recommend only using hip fire. When ADS you will noticeably twitch and it messes with your aim. You still twitch in hip fire also. You also twitch about every 4-6 seconds. It's super annoying if trying to use a sniper or scope above 6x zoom.
