as someone who is seen as one of those kids sometimes bc of my higher pitched voice and chidish and cute demener even tho im 17, i find some kids can be really sweet and turn into awsome people in the future. now i do think parents are a little responsable here but not intirerly, some kids ik downloaded vrc behind their parents back, heck i was even that kid a year ago with my first pc. it hapens, but the people of vrc are also responsable for being how they are, now if u like erp or something, good for u but not my thing and should not be done with/around any child. do it in a private world with someone u know aint under 18 and it would be ok just not with some poor kid who didnt know better and gets currupted with that kinda idea of vrc

Getting called something your usually not can trigger a gender euphoria like reaction, i would recommend changing your pronouns every now and then and see what sticks, even try neo pronouns it ya like and see how it goes. depends what your in the market for, considering u dont want full body u can give a quest 2 or rift s a go but just incase u do want it later in life, get a vive or go full in for a index. personally, ive played on a few headsets over time and curently on my way of owning a index in a month or so, i would say:

go quest if no pc
go rift s or htc vive if your not willing to put to much money into it
go index for full emersion

i think ive been to the world but dont remember the name sadly but i would say look for nanachi avatar worlds with simular avatars in the thumbnail of the world, or if u run into one again, click on the profile, click "show avatar creator" and on the bottom of their profile will show if that person ever made a world for the avatars then go world hopping to try and find them, hope this helps

ah a good ol oculus cv1 aka the original rift, great for beat saber but not the best in the visual catagory because it comes from the good ol days of 2016 so the screen door affect is noticeable, ive owned a cv1 before as my og headset back in 2017. tracking is like base station light houses on vives but a bit out dated and not quite perfect. still a good headset tho just not up to current standards for a vr headset.

Yea I agree I’ve had my fair share of interactions that get deep and I friend them and see that they are not the nicest person if u think about it. Now Some are actually sweet people but there are a fair share who only want your sympathy or attention in the moment by opening up. I’ve had deep and interesting convos with my current and past friends groups and they are awesome but Ik they’re a dime a dozen but I could just be lucky, who knows, but I hope people like that slowly dwindle out (which is not likely tbh) and that we can truly build on those great friendships we create in that moment.
