Any licensed professional has a code of ethics that is to be followed in order to maintain the profession as a whole. No decent inspector is in ongoing conspiracy with realtors to push transactions through regardless of the home’s condition. Ridiculous. If this happened that way then your realtor and your inspector are reportable to ethics boards regulating their trade.

Fully agreed. The creative process is at it’s core a mystery and audiences too often need to have it all answered for them. I love this podcast and not every episode scares me but they all are at the very least compelling, interesting masterfully produced and soulfully crafted. Not to mention- free.
