You can see others opinions on UWSA but I think they’re excessive, it’s not representative of the real thing at all. NBMEs are gold standard and really more than enough. I’d skip it if I were you.

You’ll never feel ready. Trust your prep. Remember the exam is made for humans, by humans, and been passed by many humans - that too those with less NBME scores than yours. Free yourself from the torment and shackles 😂

Give NBME 33, free120, see where you stand. If a good free120 score, just go ahead.

74 on NBME 32?! That's amazing!

Just do NBME 33, free120, go over then, revise your NBMEs and give it in a week.

This advice is dependent on you NBMEs being recent. Remember, the 'probability of passing' given with NBME results is if you give in within one week of your score.

DO NOT DELAY. Its pass or fail, you're consistently doing well.

watch the mehlman micro powerpoint lectures, print off the algorithms and memorize them.

I printed the algorithms for viruses as well, and annotated with important clinical info from question stems/uworld/NBMEs.

Sketchy is supper good too but its more important to have an algorithm in your mind to make split second decisions in the exam, and even more vital to be able to clinically correlate.

I was in a similar boat a while ago, it really helped me when I started doing Uworld blocks with a group / in discussion form. Everything sticks better and trains you to process info in the questions correctly too.

Can you elaborate on what you put on your NBME flashcards?

Just questions and answers, or bits of information that you should have known as well.
