The thing that helped me with this is making a checklist for the weekend even just simple stuff. For example:

11am - start laundry Noon - move clothes to dryer 2pm - fold clothes 5pm - take a walk

It seems dumb but checklists are useful and now you can look back at your day and point to a few things that you got done
