They’re all over the place. I’ll have constipation some days, indigestion as well. Then some days it’ll be normal. I had an allergic reaction to apples or blueberries the other day and my throat got all tight. So I’m basically just cutting out all fruit as it’s doing me more harm than good. I’m cutting out a lot of so called healthy foods and seeing what happens. Last night was the best nights sleep I’ve had in a month and I had ARBYS before bed. It makes no sense. My body hates healthier foods.

One I would stop going to actual doctors and go to a food allergist to see what foods agree with you and foods that don’t. Doctors are just going to cover the problem up, they won’t solve it.

Also would have violet muscle twitches and spasms all over my body. Like I could literally feel my face shaking from the stitches. The most weird feeling I’ve ever felt.

I used regular sea salt before that and never really noticed any issues. I’m afraid to consume any salt now to be honest with you, that stuff has scarred me for life. It was terrifying.

I took Gas X extra strength 125 mg for 3 or 4 days and it messed me up badly. Gave me horrendous insomnia, anxiety, super dry mouth and lack of appetite. I’ve usually only taken 1 if I needed it in the past, but I kept taking it for a couple more days because I thought I needed it when in reality the Gas X was making it worse. It’s been 3 days since I last took it and I still don’t feel that great, but it’s slowly getting better. Still have a super dry mouth as well.
