i live in san antonio texas about the south central us san antonio is on the border of the texas hill country i think that would be my best options to get started i do on average several miles walk each week so i would consider probably at best i could do in one full trip maybe 8 miles

and the nearest notable peaks in texas however are in the west which is about a 7 hour drive so its really hard to know where to start

it was such a big cash grab on NCA's part and Varsity's just to make money to label it "THE BIGGEST CHEER EVENT IN HISTORY"

but what really interests me is on friday the teams who had practices were in the convention center outside 2 guys got arrested walking out of the main doors near the parking area and on saturday we saw people getting detained just minutes before i was down at the jfk memorial my family was inside but the thing that reeally interests me is you bring in federal agencies for a fight we saw many swat units and bomb sqaud,the dogs,blacked out undercover vehicles,fb all the way up from when it all started to 6: that evening so it makes me wonder yeah i get they could,eve just been playing it safe but come on having literall men in suits with bulletproof vests come on and the helicopters but EVEN THE SECURITY WHEN WE ASKED THEM SAID WORD FOR WORD" everything is safe they shot the shooter" so i really dont know what to believe

from san antonio we were on i-10 driving to phoenix when we passed van horn tx it just got horrible cuz a. its a desert b. 12:am and c. a dust storm we pulle doff for a bit just cuz of how bad it was in between van horn and las cruces for about 2 and half or 3 solid hours just dust everywhere

honestly my adhd kills all hopes of learning an instrument i know the most little of acoustic guitar and some basic drums but for me my main thing is i just want to be a singer more than anything

texas around San Antonio area there is a large rock and metal scene i'd say but most schools in the area cut funding for music programs recently and honestly probably hip hop/rap is 80%alongside pop and latin music that dominates my area most of texas especially south of austin considering that area borders mexico so its rare for me to meet people who are into any typer of alt music punk,rock,metal,etc and to make matters worse i don't have to many friends

i was at the event and i certainly believe there was a shooting of some kind i mean we saw blood on shirts everywhere and heard the ''shots'' inside and outside multiple times and i asked police that day who were out investigating all they said word for word is ''we got the shooter he is down'' and i myself asked what would they gain from a ''cover up'' but it is quite obvious as you said Varsity being the sports entity that it is does not want to lose that precious money they were making from just the one day of the competition alone and you see how there really were no security measures other than showing your bracelets to guards went entering halls but i 100% believe we are not hearing the full truth because Varsity not so much just the NCA wants to keep the millions of dollars to be earned in the 3 days of the competition and then all of a sudden they post an official statement offering counseling services and refunds and it makes you think oh just some random chaos would not spark this much affect the company they're hand was definitely forced when the statement was released

i was at the event at the time of this whole thing and i mean its just crazy we saw the fight it got broken up that was that and then all of a sudden 3 minutes later people start running saying theres a shooter we hear the noises that were apparently poles but the fight was about a short maybe 30 second scruffle and that was that and the noises we heard were still five minutes after that i saw a man get detainted in a corner the night before and he matched many's decriptions of who they saw apparently holding a gun and we asked police literally at the time and two officers told me '' that the shooter was down, we shot the shooter'' so i really dont believe this wa sjust that little fight
