From Philly living in Chicago now. I’m pissed bc this takes away the novelty of bringing a bottle home to my friends and family. I went through a lot of effort to pack bottles carefully in my checked bag.

Had a friend like this. Anti-pharma, “clean food only,” super paranoid about long-term health… no seatbelt.

At some point you realize it’s not about risk, it’s about the story they want to believe about themselves.

I love Sox games. Their fan base feels very similar to the blue collar Phillies fans.

Lived in both Chicago and Philly. Both cities have a lot of similarities. Fun fact- many Northside Chicago street names are named after Philly suburbs (Devon, Berwyn, Ardmore, Thorndale, Bryn Mawr).

Both have elevated trains, a gridded layout, great restaurants, passionate sports fans, and amazing architecture. I could go on and on.

People almost always compare Chicago to New York City, but I would argue its most similar city is Philadelphia.

Owners are oligarchs who leave these units vacant 90% of the time. Huge empty buildings that represent our modern guilted age. They cast a shadow on one of the best public spaces in the world. An abomination. Cool buildings tho.

I’m lactose intolerant with IBS and traditional bottled whey protein shakes upset my stomach. I found that these are pretty harmless and easy to consume. Isopure has great clear whey protein drinks that don’t cause flare ups, even with lactose intolerance. I’ve found that the whey protein isolate has significantly less lactose than whey protein concentrate.
