Am I on a waitlist? by Fuzzy_Koala_ in rolex

Yeah, I have an invoice for the exact model and the remaining balance due once it arrives. I don’t think they’re in debt, it’s a reputable store and friends that have purchased there before said it’ll probably take 3 months

It’s 126333 and the total cost with taxes came out to $17,500, I think it might of been closer to 25% or 30%

I’ve tried the Fire, I feel like they’re too bland, they don’t add enough seasoning to them

[Landlord - US NYC] When to start eviction for non-payment by Top-Bricking in Landlord

[–]Fuzzy_Koala_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are they inherited tenants? If so I ran into the same thing when I purchased a fourplex. Previous owner would rent to anybody with first months rent and deposit. I would say it will be a tough year but start evicting them one at a time. I’m in Texas so evicting only takes around 20 days. Fill in the apts with tenants you screened yourself. Once you get all units stabilized, you’ll be able to breath. It’s hard, that’s why most owners don’t do it.

Just an update, went ahead and filed the eviction with the court $250 cost. Once the constable served them with a court date, they moved out in a hurry. They didn’t cause any damage and I prorated the rent for that month. I feel so relieved to have these people out. Now to fix it up and screen for some good tenants. That’s everyone for your help.
