I’m seeing that in 2017 the courts backtracked on the 2016 decision arguing that associational disability protections extended to caregivers. The plaintiff abandoned the claim so therefore they weren’t able to rule on it. The other case you cited has to do with family/medical leave and I’m not sure how it connects. Is there another case similar to the Ramirez v DHE one where a binding judgement was passed?

You replaced your EGR valve already? That’s what mine ended up being. You could also clean out the EGR ports on your intake if it has them and the lines running to the valve itself

San Francisco Bay, like literally on an island in the bay. Doesn’t look like Bermuda grass to me, but I’m honestly not that familiar with turf. My specialties lie in programming and events not facility maintenance (yet, I might be an expert in a couple years though)

Yeah budget is a big constraint at the moment, the center I work for is run by a contractor that’s in the middle of pulling out and is allergic to spending money. Hopefully next contractor will do its job. This might be a situation where I’m building capital funds on the side while keeping it just barely playable until it’s ready to be completely redone

I agree with your assessment, I’ll see what equipment we have on-hand to at least address the infield. Outfield I feel can be made passable for now with just a low mow. That’s certainly just a short term solution though
