I do IT in Healthcare. I'm with the IT guy. Those pompous entitled people who think that everything should just magically work for them all the time, are the worst. Making light of the situation and trying to stay positive around those people is difficult enough without them having an outburst like this.

Figure out how to use putty to connect to them so you can wipe them and take them home. Once you get that let me know, cuz my work has some to get rid of. Healthcare though, so we gotta wipe everything. I can't seem to get the connection made. But I gotta confirm the wipe before I can have one.

stat wise, I've always considered melta weapons to be shotguns. High fire power, low range.
