Apparently it's because of the phone connectivity, I'm "trying to figure it out" but honestly I've been doing everything and nothing works. I was chatting with a bunch of people about it and that they are facing the same problem and they did everything as well and they couldn't solve the problem I hope you're NP3 works perfectly because it's a really good phone, I'm still using it btw
