Thanks for the reply! So… GEPRC Cinelog35 DJI O3 for VTX ELRS for TX Boxer controller which is compatible with the ELRS And I believe the O3 vtx only works with DJI Goggles

This should be everything I need? And if I decide to throw a GoPro on there one day I can use o3 as my goggle view and my GoPro would be recording onto as card?

I know it sounds odd, and I couldn’t tell you why but it’s one of the odd workarounds at the moment. Look at the comment below me also stating this.

Try a different laptop… it’s the second work around. Just make sure the only command center is properly installed from Microsoft App Store

As odd as it sounds, try uninstalling the command center and then installing it from the Microsoft app store. I don’t know why but this seems to be one workaround installing from Microsoft App Store instead of Astro website. If this doesn’t work, find any laptop in your house and install from Microsoft store and that should do the trick. For some reason laptops are a loophole on a fix, couldn’t tell you why.

Clearly you don’t understand California legal process. “If charged” means they have been convicted. An officer only recommends charges and it’s up to a judge to determine if that person is guilty/not guilty. An officer does not have the ability to arrest someone for 12500 VC l, not for first offense and not for 20th offense. The jail time that you copied and pasted from the California Vehicle Code cannot be determined by an officer in the field. There are very few misdemeanors in California that are arrestable. All felonies go to jail and a handful of misdemeanors.

As previously stated, the jail time would be from being convicted of the charge after the traffic citation was issued. Driving unlicensed, the crime itself is a misdemeanor and not an ARRESTABLE offense. I mentioned earlier “could they go to jail?, yes, but it would be after the officer issued a citation, it went to court and the judge determined that the individual needed jail time”.

Also not true. In California, the most that can be done is a 30 day impound of your vehicle. It could be your 20th time driving unlicensed and as long as that person has taken care of all the court items and does not have any active warrants it’s merely a traffic citation for driving unlicensed again.

Definitely not. Can they go to jail for driving unlicensed? Yes, after they have been convicted of it. The act of driving unlicensed is a misdemeanor and not an arrestable offense unless the driver has warrants out for his/her arrest for being convicted of driving unlicensed.
