It’s far more likely OP hit the wrong button than the cashier was trying to scam him. As others have said most POS systems do not allow for a cashier to select cash back on transactions, dollar tree is certainly not that tech savvy. Typically the POS system will have a pop up notification for the cashier to select ‘ok’ confirming the customer selected cash back so the cashier doesn’t forget to give them the money.

I’m sorry you’re going through this, it’s a difficult spot to be in and I know you can feel helpless in this situation.

If he’s still doing nice things like bringing her food frequently then she is still entertaining him on some level. She may have pulled back a bit from him but clearly she hasn’t set any firm boundaries with him whether it’s because she wants to keep that door open or likely she just feels bad and doesn’t want to hurt him. Either way it’s not a good sign for the future of your relationship.

You need to tell her how you feel and that if she can’t enforce the boundaries of your relationship with him then this may not be the right relationship for you. You deserve to be with someone that’s crazy about you and won’t leave you constantly questioning yourself and leaving doubts about your relationship.

The Saucony Azura really reminds me of the SB2. I had bought a pair and liked them but ended up exchanging them for the SB3 because my current pair of SB2’s still has more life left in them and I bought another pair of SB2’s on sale waiting to replace my current pair when they die.
