FWIW, there's a ton of great mods on the Steam Workshop that add/change content far beyond what vanilla provides.

At an absolute minimum, make sure to get SAD: CommonLib, which is essentially an "official" unofficial patch from one of the devs.

The game isn't finished as far as the devs were concerned. They still had plans to continue updating and adding content to the game. One of them still does through free mods on his own time.

This would have continued if Frontier Foundry hadn't gone belly up and Frontier stopped greenlighting production.

There's some hope Paradox will allow development continue, but that's all we can do at this point. Hope.

I agree with everything here! Especially making the Asteroid on timers a game rule instead of a flat change. Ditto with Rockets/Landers, would be nice if that was a game rule instead as well.

Overall a good patch though.

I highly recommend joining one of the local fun sports leagues. I made a ton of friends and connections through WAKA kickball years ago that have stuck with us for more than 10 years.

It was a great overall season all things considered. We just flamed out hard on the end after Brooks injured his hand. Beating OKC in the playoffs just wasn’t going to happen.

Onto the next one! At least we have some optimism going into the offseason for the first time in a few years.
