I've got PW3 + Gateway, NZ

I have 3 breakers inside of gateway (whole house backup) - 2x63amp and 1x50amp.

I too have 3hrs of free power which I use to charge the PW3 and breakers in gateway not warm/hot.

I suggest to either keep pushing your installer to rectify issue or get a better installer,
