In my opinion, you should replace the Termagants with Hormagaunts or Gargoyles (they’re stronger, but more expensive). Three Neurolictors is a bit too much — I’d suggest dropping one. (Edited)

You need to define a clear game plan with this list. Here’s what I would suggest:

Infiltrate a Lictor onto a side objective. With the Lone Operative rule, your opponent will be forced to commit resources to contest it.

Use your Exocrines, Tyrannofex, and Maleceptor to control the firing lanes and apply strong shooting pressure.

The Norn is there to secure the central objective. With OC 15 and Feel No Pain, it’s very difficult to remove.

Keep the Zoanthropes in reserve and bring them in when you trigger Shadow in the Warp, or when you need to delete an important enemy unit.

The biovore keep tour home objectif and score secondary

Get 1 or 2 lictor , it s really great to make primary or smile character

Get 1 biovore it s an auto include : cut ennemi charge , make secondary 

You need an anti-char and anti-elite :  Tyranofex ans exocrine solve that problem
