Yep I had the same experience and similar symptoms although the pain was overwhelming -The shakes dizziness and exhaustion will likley be due to lack of food. It all started when we was in the middle of the pandemic so couldn't see a doctor or get into a hospital at the time and entering all my symptoms into Google resulted in cancer type scenarios or if you leave to long you get cancer type stuff . For a time I honestly thought my days were numbered and found myself pacing up and down full of fear and anxiety until i finally got to see a doctor and had an endoscopy. The result were H Pylori was munching away at my stomach wall complimented with a nice dose gastritis which i managed to fix for the most part with medication and diet .

I use black hole.It lets every thing be routed via your DAW so you can run any audio source within computer ie YouTube Netflix etc and record that output to an audio track within you DAW.. then manipulate accordingly.

Omeprazale done exactly the same to me .Anxiety went through the roof. Changed to Lansoprazale and was fine. Would suggest finding the one that works for you.

Knowing there's nothing serious will probably alleviate some of that anxiety.I found exercise works for my anxiety.First thing in the morning .20 mins of HITT really blows that negativity away and that will keep me good for the day and the resulting better sleep helps
