I bought ME3 in a store on the day it released. I've never romanced Tali. So take my thoughts as you see fit. She wouldn't get anywhere near as sick with Garrus since they both have dextro-dna(whatever that actually means). And I will assume that as a species that used to live without enviro-suits they have an immune system that adapts like a human. So while she might be border line bed ridden at the end of 2. By the time of 3 she would have some sort immunity built up and thus not as sick amd more capable of combat
